MANGANI is opening its doors in February.
Mango is an Indian restaurant chain and the company has been in business since 2004.
The restaurant has become a family favourite, with many people having visited for its authentic flavours and dishes.
Mangania’s restaurant manager and founder, Anupam Prakash, said he was delighted to be opening up his new restaurant in February after being unable to make it in 2014 due to a financial crunch.
“We are happy to be able to open this year and open the restaurant in a new location.
It’s been a long time since we were able to do this,” he said.”
I am very proud of our family of cooks, who have been working hard to keep the restaurant going for the past five years.”
Mango has been a part of my life for nearly three decades and we are very excited to open the new restaurant,” he added.
Manga is the fifth restaurant in the Mount Royal Hotel chain, after the New Zealand-based Gorgona and New Zealand’s Tiwi.
Mongo was founded by chef Anupama Prakushanand a group of friends from Bangalore.
The restaurant’s menu is inspired by the traditional Mango dishes, such as the banana cake, the banana jumadee, the mango mango and the chicken and vegetable curry.
Mango also offers vegetarian options.
Mangei, the word meaning “happy” in Hindi, means “Happy Christmas”.
